Assorted Prayer Hymnal I: Halgian Prayers

A unique, bound volume of prayers that holds several common prayers. This volume is dedicated to the Halgian Empire and their worship of Daama.

The contents of these manuals are continuously reprinted, with little tweaks here and there throughout the ages. Often, the cover of these books are given utmost attention to detail and decoration, collected and published by Lord Hootryan, the fanatical theologian strigine.

Much of this tome is smudged and smeared; scholars have been hard at work attempting to restore it for some time. Spells have been laid upon the pages, and many of the prayers are unreadable.

PRAYER BEFORE BATTLE:

Hail Lady Daama, of Immaculate Grace, she who casts her eternally radiant light upon us, her chosen children of Halgia, and incinerates the non-believers.

We pray for your divine smiting flame to engulf our blades so that we may cut down evil in your holy name, purging evil with our swords and spears

We pray for your holy wings to encircle us and shield us from the evil we face, that we may live on in your light and remain standing as a beacon in the darkness.

Praise be to Lady Daama, and Glory to the Halgian Empire. In your name we pray. Amen.

PRAYER OF PURIFICATION:

Lady Daama, we come before you with the impure and unclean, so that you may shine your heavenly light upon the sinful. Allow this blazing torch to be imbued with your radiant purity. As the flames engulf them, allow them to be purged of sin, and find peace with you, Lady Daama. Amen.

PRAYER OF GRATITUDE:

Our heavenly Ether mother of Evylon, who watches over us, hallowed be your name. In your name we conquer evil, and enact your will swiftly upon the non-believers on Evylon and beyond. Give us this day our blessing, and forgive our sins of yesterday with impunity. Lead us not to temptation of demons or of the siren call of the Fallen, but deliver us from the dark ones. Amen.

MORNING PRAYER OF GUIDANCE:

Heavenly lady Daama, beloved by the Ten. I wake with praise to you upon my lips. May my deeds today allow your light to shine brighter than all, and through me may others learn the glory of Halgia.

From my lips, words providing courage.
From my hands, deeds showing kindness.
And from my feet, steps radiating tranquility

Through you, may I find glory, only to return it to you, who provides for all. Amen.
