Kuraian-Style Poetry
A collection of poems written in the Kuraian style of poetry, called 'haikus' of the demon lands. Subjects range from common topics in Kurai to things unrelated to Kurai itself.
The lines of a collection of poems are written across the small book, accompanied by colorful pictures. The handwriting is varied, and seems to have different inks; several poems are indecipherable.
HYMN TO LETHIAS:
Melody sung by
Silent dead to the Pale Wolf
Death's Eternal Peace
DWARVEN BROTHER:
With my ax in hand
And brothers' shields by my side
Death bells never toll
SELKIE'S LAMENT:
The ocean waves call
My seal skin is gone, such pain
Will it never end
ESCAPE OF THE FALLEN:
Through the storms we flee
To escape burning hatred
A haven to find
TRAGIC CURIOSITY:
Did fireflies leave coals
in your eyes, and will you cry
if I should catch them?
WORDS OF CAUTION:
Sweet words lead to teeth
Armored fins and armored hearts
Deal not with the sharks
